We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and professional Lead Brand Ambassador to head a premier automotive activation in Indianapolis. This is a high-visibility role requiring a leader who can manage onsite logistics, motivate a team, and ensure a premium experience for all attendees.

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Dates: Friday, May 22nd – Sunday, May 24th
Compensation: $36.00/hr + $25.00 daily per diem
Schedule
Friday, May 22: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, May 23: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday, May 24: 5:45 AM – TBD (Estimated finish between 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for the brand and onsite staff; ensure the team is briefed, energized, and performing to brand standards.
Brand Advocacy: Engage with enthusiasts and attendees to deliver key messaging regarding the automotive brand’s latest features and innovations.
Logistics Management: Oversee booth setup/teardown, manage inventory, and coordinate staff breaks to ensure seamless operation.
Reporting: Capture event data, photos, and feedback to provide a comprehensive post-event recap.
Required Qualifications
Proven Leadership: Previous experience as a Lead BA or Event Manager for large-scale activations.
Punctuality: Ability to commit to early morning call times (especially for Sunday’s 5:45 AM start).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle high-traffic environments with professionalism.
Interests: A passion for the automotive industry or large-scale sporting events is a major plus.
