We are seeking dynamic, high-energy individuals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for an upcoming major tech activation. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless onsite experience.
Mandatory Dates: All candidates must be available for the following schedule:
Training: May 17th
Activation Days : May 17th - 21st
We have flexibility if you are not available for other dates outside of the two mandatory dates listed above.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Greet guests with high energy and maintain a proactive, helpful attitude throughout the shift.
Wayfinding & Registration: Assist attendees with navigation around the venue and support the check-in/registration process.
Crowd Management: Help manage lines and guest flow to ensure a smooth experience at various onsite locations.
Activation Support: Facilitate and engage guests at various brand activations and interactive displays.
Operational Flexibility: Assist with various onsite tasks as needed to ensure event success.
Requirements
Engagement: Comfortable proactively engaging with large crowds and bringing "great energy" to the site.
Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the venue.
Environment: Must be comfortable working outdoors for the duration of the shift.
Professionalism: Ability to embody the brand by remaining interactive, smiling, and professional at all times.
Additional Details
Independence: Must be able to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision.
Reimbursement: Please note that rideshare and mileage reimbursements are not provided for this program.
Location: One Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA
Rate: $28/hour + $20 daily per diem
