In this role, you will bring ultra-luxury cookware and culinary technology to life through engaging, live retail demonstrations inside a premier luxury department store. This is a high-profile positioning perfect for those who love food, high-end kitchen tech, and interacting with premium consumers. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate: Conduct live, interactive product demonstrations, highlighting superior craftsmanship, material design, and cooking performance. Educate: Share product knowledge, key features, and culinary techniques with both affluent retail customers and store sales associates. Engage: Proactively approach and welcome customers during peak shopping hours to build brand awareness and drive retail sales. Report: Complete a brief, straightforward end-of-shift recap via our talent app to report consumer feedback and engagement trends. Worker Requirements Culinary Passion: A genuine passion for cooking and a high level of comfort discussing culinary topics, kitchen technology, and premium materials is highly preferred. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to confidently command a retail space. Professionalism: Must maintain a highly polished, professional, and sophisticated presentation. Wardrobe: Talent must provide their own professional white shirt, black slacks, and black shoes. Onboarding: Must be willing to complete our agency's standard talent onboarding, including standard background and identity verification. Dates: Weekends, Saturdays and Sundays (Ideally 2 weekends per month!) Shift Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4-hour shift) Pay Rate: $28.00/hr Training: Fully paid training provided (includes a 2-hour online module and a 1-hour virtual session at $28.00/hr)
