Productions Plus

Productions Plus is looking for production assistants for an upcoming event. Please see below for dates and details: Location: University of Oregon Date: October 23 & 24 Shift time: 10/23: 5AM - 7PM 10/24: 8AM - 11 PM Responsibilities: PAs will be running around and doing production like things, such as restocking giveaways, setting up stanchions, placing and moving wayfinding signage. I would also call out that these PAs will need to be able to work in all-weather situations. Not saying a blizzard by any means, but they need to be able to work in the heat and in the cold! Please ensure the PAs are doing the following: Wardrobe: Production Clothing - does not need to be all black, but needs to be comfortable moving around in. No logos, no holes, no brand names etc. PA’s cannot move or lift items over 50 lbs, as our classification as an entertainment/staffing agency limits them to a 50 lb maximum. They also cannot use their own vehicles for errands or operate heavy machinery. NOTE: The heaviest thing someone will likely move would be transporting Chocolate and Swag from the trucks parked off campus to the activation footprint. $33/hr, + $25 per diem Outdoor event, talent hired as locals no mileage, lodging, travel, provided etc. Hours are subject to change; talent must be available for full time.
