ALL-STAR WEEK EVENT STAFF Professional Soccer League Event Staff Charlotte, NC $28.00–$30.00 Per Hour Join our team during one of the largest professional soccer events of the summer. We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused event staff to support hospitality experiences, guest services, premium events, activations, and event operations throughout a multi-day professional soccer event week. This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes and alongside guests at major sporting events, VIP experiences, hospitality venues, and branded activations. PAY RATES Level 1 Hospitality & Guest Experience Roles: $30.00/hour Level 2 & Level 3 Event Support Roles: $28.00/hour POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Staff may be assigned to a variety of roles, including: Guest Services & Registration VIP Hospitality Support Check-In & Credentialing Hospitality Lounges Guest Experience Support Event Activations Wayfinding & Directional Assistance Queue & Crowd Management Logistics & Inventory Support Event Operations & General Support Responsibilities may include: Greeting and assisting guests and attendees Providing directions and answering questions Supporting check-in and registration areas Assisting with hospitality and activation experiences Managing guest flow and queues Supporting event operations teams Assisting with setup, restocking, and breakdown Maintaining organized event spaces Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event Some positions may require extended periods of standing and walking, as well as light to moderate lifting. QUALIFICATIONS Must be 18 years of age or older Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation to assigned event locations Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous event, hospitality, sports, customer service, promotional, or brand ambassador experience is a plus WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
