Promo Social is seeking experienced, energetic, and reliable mascot performers to portray official FIFA mascot characters including Clutch the Eagle (USA), Maple the Moose (Canada), and Zayu the Jaguar (Mexico) during upcoming FIFA World Cup programming and related fan, hospitality, VIP, and sporting events across North America. We are currently looking to hire experienced Mascot / Costume Characters in your local area for upcoming FIFA activations and appearances. Programming is expected to run from June 11th through July 19th. Performers must always remain fully in character, engage with fans through high-energy non verbal interaction, pose for photos, and create memorable guest experiences while maintaining professionalism and proper costume care throughout each event. Responsibilities • Perform as an official FIFA mascot character at each game-day match. • Interact with guests through gestures, movement, and animated energy • Pose for photos and engage with fans, sponsors, and VIP guests • Maintain character integrity and professionalism at all times • Properly care for and handle mascot costumes and equipment • Follow direction from Event Managers and production staff Requirements • Previous mascot or costume character experience REQUIRED • Outgoing, energetic, and guest-friendly personality • Ability to perform in a full mascot costume for extended periods • Punctual, professional, and reliable • Comfortable working in high-energy event environments • Ability to safely move and perform with limited visibility • Available to commit to all game-day events in your assigned market Physical Requirements • Costumes are designed for performers approximately 5’5”–5’7” with a slim to athletic build to ensure safe mobility and ventilation • Performers should wear form-fitting athletic clothing underneath the costume, along with socks for mascot footwear Scheduling & Availability • Due to client scheduling needs, performers who are available for all required event dates, rehearsals, and shifts will receive priority consideration • If availability is limited, then we would assign you to our Special Events Team that will manage regional booking requests. • Please reference the FIFA events calendar for all game-day events in your market Payment • Day Rate: $450 (10/hr shift per game-day event) • Daily Travel Allowance: $50
