Promo Sports Par3 Golf Challenge

Promo Sports is looking for a brand ambassador to run a contest holes at charity golf events every weekend (and some weekdays!!). These events will last around 4.-5 hours. You are responsible for staying at the Par3 golf hole to ensure that each golfer is given the opportunity to play in the challenge. We will need you to complete a phone or in-person training Call times vary depending on the events. You will need to be attentive at the hole watching where the golfers land their shot. There are some sales in this position, but your primary focus is raising funds for charity. Shift information will be shared via the When I Work app. Most materials will be provided for you, but you may have to pick up or print some extra supplies. You will be reimbursed on the day of the event. You will be paid for the job on the same day as the event. Uniform is sporty, golf like attire. Men must wear shirts with a collar. No jeans allowed. Tattoos and piercings are ok. Parking is on site and free. This is a 1099 position. You are paid for the day of the event. You will be compensated $25 an hour or commission, whichever is higher. There is a bonus incentive to sell more tickets. Commission is usually higher and with the number of golfers at these events the potential earning for commission is $200-500 a day. You will need to do at least one over the phone training before coming onboard. These training courses last 15-45 minutes depending on your knowledge of golf.
