☕️ STARBUCKS REFRESHERS TOUR – TOUR BA LEAD NEEDED! Promobile Marketing is looking for an experienced Tour BA Lead to support an upcoming Starbucks Refreshers Tour throughout NYC! The Tour BA Lead will be responsible for managing the 4-person BA team day to day, supporting onsite production, and serving as the main point of contact for the Promobile team and client onsite. PROJECT DETAILS 📅 Tour Dates: September 24 – November 1 📍 Tour Area: NYC — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens & Bronx 📆 Schedule: Approximately 6 days per week ⏰ Estimated Day: 8–12 hours 💰 Rate: $40/hour 💵 Minimum Guarantee: 8 hours per day 👥 Team: 4 Brand Ambassadors **PLEASE FILL OUT GOOGLE FORM BELOW TO BE CONSIDERED TOUR BA LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the 4-person BA team day to day * Provide direction and support to the BA team throughout the activation * Manage BA breaks and rotations * Ensure BAs are on time, professional, engaged, and following activation guidelines * Manage BA professionalism and performance onsite * Facilitate product flow, including unboxing, refilling bins, and keeping the activation stocked * Serve as the main point of contact for the Promobile team and client conversations onsite * Communicate daily updates, issues, and needs to the Promobile project team * Take onsite photos and complete daily reports/recaps * Assist with setup, breakdown, and general production needs * Help maintain an organized and guest-ready activation space * Work closely with the Tour Driver / Logistics Lead on onsite production and logistics * Help ensure the activation runs smoothly throughout the day REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Previous Tour BA Lead, Team Lead, Lead BA, Field Manager, or similar experience * Experience managing a team in an experiential marketing or event environment * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Comfortable communicating directly with clients and project teams * Reliable, professional, and able to work independently * Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable * Comfortable working outdoors and in various NYC locations * Able to assist with setup, breakdown, lifting, and other production needs * Comfortable working approximately 8–12 hours per day AVAILABILITY You do not need to be available every day of the tour. However, availability for the majority of the tour dates is strongly preferred. The tour will run from September 24 through November 1, approximately 6 days per week. At this time, we are collecting interest and qualifications only. Specific availability will be discussed during the interview process.
