Brand Ambassador Lead – NYC Activations Location: New York City, NY Rate: $35/hour Minimum Shift: 8 hours per day Dates: Various upcoming dates (ongoing opportunities) About the Role We’re looking to expand our roster of dependable, experienced Brand Ambassador Leads for a variety of upcoming brand activations throughout New York City! We’re looking for strong leaders who can manage teams, keep activations running smoothly, and represent our clients and brands professionally. This is an ongoing opportunity for future activations. Specific dates, locations, and event details will be shared as projects become available. Responsibilities * Lead and manage teams of Brand Ambassadors during live activations and events. * Oversee setup, breakdown, and overall execution of the activation. * Ensure team members arrive on time, are properly prepared, and understand their responsibilities. * Communicate with management regarding event updates, team needs, and any issues that arise. * Monitor team performance, professionalism, and compliance with brand guidelines. * Troubleshoot on-site challenges and help ensure activations run smoothly. * Track team attendance, hours, inventory, and other required reporting. * Submit end-of-day recaps, photos, and necessary documentation. * Serve as a reliable point of contact for the team throughout the shift. Qualifications * Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador Lead, Team Lead, or Event Lead is required. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced environment. * Professional demeanor and ability to represent a variety of brands. * Comfortable using group chats, completing digital reports, and communicating with management. * Flexible and open to working various dates and locations throughout NYC. * Available for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
