Promobile is seeking dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Managers to lead our regional sampling campaigns and tours. This role involves creating impactful product sampling experiences, driving awareness, and engaging with consumers at events, guerilla sampling locations, college campuses and the general population in key markets. Responsibilities Lead Regional Sampling Campaigns: • Execute and manage high-volume sampling events and experiential guerrilla/partnership sampling. • Engage with attendees, distribute samples, and drive brand awareness through memorable interactions. • Identify and target high-visibility events and sampling locations/opportunities focused on core target consumers for the brand/campaign. Drive Awareness and Engagement: • Build out events, guerrilla sampling, and influencer seedings around key cities across the country focusing on brands key pillars • Partner with student-run organizations and focus on key thirst occasions on/around college campuses. • Create experiences that drive both trial and brand affinity through local partnerships and experiential activations. Team Leadership and Coordination: • Supervise a team of brand ambassadors and a field marketing associate on site. • Ensure smooth operations and logistics of the branded Rivian electric car and event setups. • Collect consumer data through value-added interactions and ensure accurate reporting. Collaboration and Reporting: • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress, metrics, and consumer feedback. • Lead content capture for all planned and unplanned activations across the tour. • Manage inventory of samples, swag, and promotional materials. Brand Partnerships/Ambassador Program: • Work closely with Lead Project Manager to help source/secure likeminded brand partnerships in hub/touring markets to drive more awareness and sampling reach for the campaign Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role. • CPG Experience a plus. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • A knack for photography or content capture both photo and video. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently. • Valid driver's license and ability to drive • Passion for working hard and creating memorable experiences • Ability and Desire to travel for touring campaigns (not all campaigns are touring) Benefits • Competitive salary/pay • Travel and accommodation expenses covered. • Opportunity to work with a leading brand in the wellness and sustainability space. • Professional development and growth opportunities. • Free product for yourself and likeminded friends. • Access to cool swag and wearables.
