This role will work independently to run day-to-day field operations and ensure strong, consistent execution across 200+ restaurant visits. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in on-premise hospitality, field marketing, or sales who is comfortable engaging decision-makers and managing logistics in a fast-paced, on-the-ground environment. Compensation: $375/day + vehicle stipend (gas or mileage reimbursement provided) Schedule: 10 live activation days within the May 10–27 window. Final schedule to be confirmed — flexibility required. What You'll Do Execute 10–12 restaurant visits per day with quality and consistency Plan efficient daily routes and manage logistics, including product distribution and storage Engage directly with restaurant staff and decision-makers Ensure proper execution of sampling, material distribution, and brand representation Track daily performance, collect photo documentation, and capture field insights Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Experience in field marketing, hospitality, or sales Strong familiarity with the Nashville restaurant scene and a passion for food and dining Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Requirements Based in Nashville Reliable personal vehicle available for daily use and inventory storage Willing to travel locally each day within set mileage guidelines Available for morning and flexible hours aligned with restaurant outreach Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Why Join Work with a premium, fast-growing brand Lead a high-visibility activation with real impact Strong potential to be considered for future campaigns and leadership roles
