Hybrid Position – Event Project Assistant Coordinator & Field Team Lead
Location: Montreal + travel within surrounding areas
Schedule: 30 hours/week (up to 40 hours during peak periods)
Salary: $22–$24/hour depending on experience

Your Role
This key role combines project coordination, field supervision, and logistical support.
You’ll be at the heart of the action: supporting the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, overseeing field teams, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.
Your Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and motivate field teams during promotional activations, and assist with weekend culinary demonstration projects as needed.
Actively participate in events: setup, teardown, and equipment management (tents, inflatable arches, kiosks, etc.).
Occasionally drive a truck or delivery vehicle to transport event materials.
Manage inventory and logistics at the warehouse (material preparation and returns).
Support project coordination: timeline follow-ups, document preparation, database updates, and administrative support.
Transcribe and compile data for monthly surveys and field counts (strong Excel skills required).
Communicate with clients and site managers to maintain a professional image and deliver excellent service.
Collaborate with internal project managers and brand ambassadors to ensure each activation’s success.
Schedule & Conditions:
Variable schedule: early mornings (sometimes as early as 5 a.m.), evenings, or weekends depending on the project.
Average of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of reaching 40 hours during busy periods.
Frequent travel across Greater Montreal and occasionally outside the region.
Mileage reimbursement according to company policy.
Personal vehicle required.
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in events, promotional marketing, logistics, or project coordination.
Natural leadership, energy, autonomy, and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in data management.
Ability to handle unexpected situations and make quick decisions on site.
Good physical condition for setup tasks and light transport.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
Valid driver’s licence + personal vehicle.
Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset.
