Field Supervisor – In-Store Culinary Demonstrations Greater Montreal Area (Montreal, Laval, South Shore & surrounding areas) Part-Time | Weekends | Field-Based Position Promo-Staff is currently seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee culinary demonstration teams working in grocery stores across the Greater Montreal area. This role involves supervising multiple in-store activations, supporting field staff, ensuring execution quality, handling operational issues in real time, and maintaining strong communication with both the team and head office. The ideal candidate is autonomous, solution-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and capable of managing priorities independently while traveling between multiple store locations.
