Date: January 21 2026 Location: Edmonton (Exact location TBA) Shift times: Estimated 12-hour shift Pay Rate: $22 +$2/h Bonus On January 21 2026, a well-known brand will mobilize across Canada to spread messages of kindness, empathy, and human connection. Telephones will be installed in multiple cities, inviting passersby to pick up the phone and share a positive message. To bring this meaningful experience to life, we are looking for Brand Ambassadors – Field who are passionate about people and social causes. Your mission: Be the face of this well-known brand on the ground and help create a warm, inclusive, and engaging public experience. Your responsibilities: Welcome and engage passersby with kindness and curiosity Invite the public to pick up the phone and take part in the experience Explain the concept and share key campaign messages Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the phone installation Represent the values of respect, empathy, and positivity You will work in collaboration with a team of ambassadors based in Montréal, who will be answering the phone calls coming from installations across Canada Profile we’re looking for: Comfortable interacting with the public Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude Reliable, autonomous, and responsible Interest in social causes and mental health awareness Experience in events, brand activation, or public engagement (an asset) Looking to be part of a meaningful national initiative and help spread kindness across Canada?
