Field Supervisor – Culinary Demos (Part-Time, French Required) 📍 Location: South Shore of Montreal – Frequent travel required 🕒 Job Type: Part-time, approx. 30 hrs/week (potential for full-time) 💰 Pay: $22.50/hr + mileage (0.50$/km), phone & tech stipend 📆 Main Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 10am–6pm (variable based on needs) ❌ Days Off: Monday & Tuesday (except during special events) 🚨 French fluency required – this role involves supervising French-speaking demo staff and communicating with local store managers. Job Description Promo-Staff is looking for a reliable, organized, and energetic Field Supervisor to oversee a team of culinary product demonstrators in grocery stores on weekends and support promotional logistics during the week. You’ll be the go-to person for supervising staff on-site and helping coordinate logistics behind the scenes. Most of your work will take place on the South Shore of Montreal. Your Weekend Role (Main Focus): -Visit stores to supervise, support, and motivate the demo team -Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and performance -Communicate with grocery store managers and internal team -Train and coach new staff, follow up regularly -Handle receipts, invoices, and inventory returns Weekday Tasks: -Admin follow-up: schedules, reports, payments, internal communication -Help manage inventory, delivery logistics, and field tours -Support event set-ups and store installations -Attend virtual trainings and team planning sessions Who We’re Looking For: Natural leader with initiative and people skills Strong organizational skills and able to multitask Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office (must-have) Reliable, communicative, and field-oriented Owns a personal vehicle, working laptop, and cellphone with data Must live on the South Shore of Montreal Must speak French fluently Perks: ✅ Paid training starting the week of August 18 ✅ Supportive, agile team and meaningful work ✅ Phone and tech compensation ✅ 0.50$/km reimbursement for field travel (conditions apply) 📧 Send your resume to cv@promostaff.ca and join our dynamic team!
