HIRING: Brand Ambassadors – Chicago O’Hare (ORD) Airport $30/hour | Ongoing Contract | Duty-Free Pop-Up Activations We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our team at Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) for duty-free pop-up activations featuring luxury liquor and beauty brands. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity with consistent weekly shifts. About the Role: You’ll represent some of the world’s most prestigious premium brands in an engaging airport retail environment. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for customer experience to every shift. Key Responsibilities: • Sample premium products to travelers in-store • Educate customers on featured spirits or beauty brands • Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional approach • Build strong relationships with store managers and airport staff • Maintain merchandising standards and brand presentation • Record engagement metrics and feedback in reporting tools What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality • Experience or strong interest in liquor, beauty, or premium brands • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills • Outgoing personality and ability to confidently engage travelers • Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance Schedule: • Typical shifts are Wednesday through Saturday • Hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Minimum availability: 2 shifts/week Pay: • $30/hour Interested?
