Propelle + Konnect is currently seeking a polished, confident, and engaging Brand Ambassador to support IQOS Vape activations at Montréal–Trudeau (Dorval) International Airport (YUL) duty free store. This is a contract role which favours a current or former smoker or vape user with strong sales skills, who enjoys engaging and speaking with people and thrives in a busy luxury retail environment. Position Overview: This is a part-time contract role supporting IQOS vape product education and sales. Candidates must be reliable, personable, and able to confidently engage adult consumers while representing the brand to the highest standard. Schedule: • Shifts run Monday through Friday • Typically 2 x 5 hour morning shifts per week - 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. but can vary • Ideally, candidates should be available 4 to 5 days per week • Early morning availability is required • Willingness and ability to commute early mornings to YUL is essential Rate • $30 per hour (contract) What You Will Be Doing: • Representing IQOS premium vape products with professionalism and confidence • Educating adult consumers on IQOS products and features • Supporting sales through informed and engaging conversations • Maintaining a clean, organized and on-brand display • Managing customer flow and providing excellent service • Accurately reporting shifts and customer interactions through our system A Little About You: • Previous retail, sales, or brand ambassador experience required • Vape, tobacco alternative, or regulated product experience is a strong asset - Experience with similar products is an asset, or personal familiarity as a vape user • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills • Confident approaching and engaging customers • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently • Must be eligible to work in an airport environment which requires security clearance • Must be able to obtain required airport credentials.
