As a luxury beauty advisor, you will have the opportunity to engage with beauty customers and represent our organization and our brand customers by delivering exceptional service. **Please only apply if you have previous luxury beauty and retail customer service experience.** Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers to provide expert assistance and beauty product recommendations. Sharing in-depth knowledge of beauty products and their benefits. Distributing samples to customers and showcasing the latest products. Educating customers about the features and advantages of various products. Maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales counts. Recording demonstration results in the tracking system. Aiming to meet monthly sales targets set by the brand. Creating memorable customer experiences that align with our commitment to excellence. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess: A minimum of 1-year experience with luxury beauty sales - Required A minimum of 1-year experience in retail customer service and sales - Required A polished presentation and consistently impeccable image - Required A deep passion for the beauty industry and its products. A natural ability to engage customers and an outgoing personality. Flexibility in working hours, including peak flight schedules. Schedule: This position is for 1 x full-time person - 3 to 4 days per week | Current shift - 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Our operating hours are aligned with peak flight schedules. The ideal candidate would be highly flexible with scheduling.
