We are currently seeking outgoing, talented, and engaging Brand Ambassadors for pop-ups at YVR Airport Duty-Free Stores. You’ll represent world-leading premium spirits, luxury beauty brands, and more, providing a standout experience for travelers. This role combines cocktail sampling and beauty product demos — ideal for someone suited to a luxury retail environment who loves sharing their expertise in both categories. Details: 📍 Location: Richmond - YVR Airport 📅 Schedule: Varies month to month – up to 3-4 days per week (Thursday to Monday), 5 hours per day ⏰ Hours: e.g., 8:00am to 1:00pm – or 7:00pm - midnight Key Responsibilities: Craft signature cocktails for customers, showcasing premium spirits. Provide samples and educate travelers on premium spirits, luxury beauty products, and possibly confectionary or other products. Demonstrate beauty products, offering tips and recommendations tailored to travelers’ needs. Build rapport with store managers and staff to drive sales. Maintain merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines. Accurately report sampling/demo results into a tracking system. Qualifications: ✔️ 1+ years of customer service, retail sales, or hospitality experience — experience in spirits and/or beauty is a MUST. ✔️ Confident, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. ✔️ Comfortable engaging crowds and driving sales. ✔️ Fluent in English – bonus points for additional languages (Mandarin or Cantonese a plus).
