Luxury Retail & Spirits Brand Ambassadors – San Francisco Int’l Airport
We are seeking talented Luxury Retail Consultants/Brand Ambassadors at San Francisco International Airport’s duty-free store for on-going shifts. You have a minimum of one year’s experience in luxury retail. In the ideal world, you also have liquor/spirits knowledge and/or serving experience (bartending experience preferred but not essential) for greater flexibility to also recommend world leading premium spirits when needed. You have a great personality and are fluent in English (bonus points for a second language).
The ideal candidate will be a skilled retail or hospitality professional with POS/cash register/cash handling experience, who shares our commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing
• Familiarize yourself with our client's portfolio
• Sampling premium/luxury products to consumers
• Educating customers
• Build relationships with store managers and team members
• Delivering key product knowledge to customers to achieve sales targets
• Execute proper opening and closing protocols
• Record inventory and sales counts on products
• Follow and maintain merchandising guidelines ensuring brand displays are correct
• Capture demo results by reporting all required information into the tracking system
A little about you
• You have 1-year or more of customer service experience in luxury retail and/or liquor/spirits serving experience and knowledge
• You have POS/cash register/cash handling experience
• Solid experience in retail sales
• You present a consistently polished and professional image
• You’re passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences
• You know how to engage a crowd and are naturally outgoing and personable
• Understand both marketing and sales fundamentals
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
Typical schedule: 2 to 3 days per week - Luxury Boutiques 8:00am – 4:00pm and/or 4:00pm to 11:00pm/midnight
Liquor Activations – Typically Thursday through Sunday – 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Pay: $30 per hour - W2 Employee
