ob Opportunity: Hennessy Brand Ambassador – JFK Airport Activation We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Whiskey Brand Ambassador to represent Hennessy during a two month activation at JFK Airport. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in spirits, whiskey education, or bartending, who enjoys engaging with travelers and sharing the story behind one of the world’s most iconic cognac houses. You will work alongside our Lead Brand Ambassador, supporting customer engagement, sampling, and storytelling around the Hennessy portfolio while creating a memorable experience for international travelers. Details 📍 Location: JFK Airport 📅 Duration: 2 month activation 📅 Schedule: Approximately Friday and Saturday (schedule to be finalized) ⏰ Hours: 4 PM to 9 PM 💲 Pay: $30 per hour + $20 per day travel allowance Please note this role requires airport security badging and candidates must be available to complete the onboarding process prior to the activation. Key Responsibilities Educate travelers on the Hennessy portfolio including production, heritage, tasting notes, and serving rituals. Support sampling and customer engagement alongside the Lead Brand Ambassador. Drive sales by confidently recommending products and guiding customers through the range. Create a welcoming and premium experience for international travelers. Maintain strong relationships with store staff and ensure brand standards are upheld. Complete basic reporting on customer interactions and product interest. Qualifications ✔️ Strong knowledge of whiskey, cognac, or premium spirits required. ✔️ Bartending or hospitality experience strongly preferred. ✔️ Must hold valid New York alcohol certification. ✔️ Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with travelers from around the world. ✔️ Professional presentation and reliability are essential. ✔️ Must be able to obtain JFK Airport security badging.
