Liquor/Spirits Brand Ambassadors – Toronto Pearson Airport We are currently seeking knowledgeable and engaging Brand Ambassadors to represent various premium liquor brands at Toronto Pearson Airport Duty Free Stores, throughout this summer’s FIFA events and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who is mature and has a strong background in spirits and whiskey education or bartending, who enjoys engaging with travelers and sharing the story behind some of the world’s most iconic liquor brands. • You will support customer engagement, sampling, and storytelling while creating a memorable experience for international travelers. • Drive sales by confidently recommending products • Create a welcoming and premium experience for international travelers. • Maintain strong relationships with store staff and ensure brand standards are upheld. • Complete basic reporting on customer interactions and product interest. Location: Toronto Pearson Airport Time frame: Summer 2026 and possibly beyond Must have valid SMART SERVE certification Hours: Variable 5-hour shifts – Thursday through Sunday – must be available for minimum of 3 shifts per week Languages: French, Cantonese, or Mandarin, are considered assets in addition to English Pay: $25 to $30 per hour Qualifications • Strong knowledge of whiskey, cognac, or premium spirits required. • Bartending or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. • Must hold valid SMART SERVE certification • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with travelers from around the world. • Professional, polished presentation and reliability are essential. • Must be able to obtain airport security badging.
