Part-Time Brand Specialist – Sales Through Demos & Engagement
We’re looking for outgoing, customer-focused people to represent our pre-workout and supplement line inside major retailers across NY/PA/MA/ME/DE/MD/VA. If you enjoy talking to people, helping them find the right products, and guiding purchase decisions, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
• Engage shoppers and store teams with positive, informative conversation
• Sample and demo products to highlight benefits (energy, recovery, performance, etc.)
• Ask questions to understand shopper needs and guide them toward the right products
• Support store relationships that help boost visibility and sell-through
• Help drive both product awareness and in-store sales
Sales Expectations
This role includes sales targets to help measure success and store impact:
• Weekdays: around 10 units per shift
• Weekends: around 20 units per shift
Customers in these retailers already shop the category, so most sales come from simple product education and good communication — not aggressive tactics.
Who Thrives In This Role
• Comfortable talking with new people and initiating conversations
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Interest in wellness, fitness, or supplements helps with product education
• Reliable, professional, and coachable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel to assigned stores
• Able to work peak retail hours, including weekends
