PREMIUM BRAND REPRESENTATIVE In-Store Sales | Orange County • Los Angeles We run high-energy in-store events for premium food and superfood brands. This is not a “stand behind a table and smile” brand ambassador job. This is professional live selling with clear goals, professional expectations, and real performance rewards. APPLY IF YOU ARE: The kind of person who likes pushing yourself and proving what you can do with numbers and goals. Naturally high-energy — you talk with your hands, you’re animated, you enjoy being “on” in front of people. Clean, professional, and put-together every time you show up. You take pride in how you look and act in public. Curious and willing to study a short training deck, learn a pitch, and get better every event. Comfortable talking to strangers all day, making eye contact, and starting conversations instead of hiding behind your phone. Coachable — you can take direct feedback, adjust quickly, and you actually like getting better. Reliable — you show up on time, ready, and you keep your word. No excuses. Integrity is the backbone of our highly respected organization. Motivated by earning more when you perform more, not by “easy money for doing nothing.” Interested in food, performance, psychology, or sales, and the idea of learning a real selling system appeals to you. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU: Want to be paid just to stand there and hand out samples. Are uncomfortable with words like quota, goals, targets, accountability. We don’t need anyone who pretends to be something…we pay for results. Don’t want to read a short training deck or practice a script before an interview or event. Shut down when you hear feedback, or see coaching as “criticism.” Don’t like talking to strangers, making eye contact, or projecting your voice in a busy store. Regularly show up late, cancel last-minute, or bring drama and chaos with you. Expect high pay with low effort, and get offended when expectations are clear. Are not okay with being measured on your results. ABOUT THE ROLE Run 4–8 hour in-store events in grocery / natural food stores. Engage hundreds of shoppers with a clear, tight product story. Sample products and drive real sales, not just “awareness.” Study a short training deck before each event so you know the brand, benefits, and talking points.
