Purslane

Purslane is seeking a Dishwasher to assist in the execution of diverse, high-touch events at the Prospect Park Boathouse. At Purslane, our goal is to set a new standard for sustainability. This position would serve as Dishwasher for all of the weddings which take place at the Prospect Park Boathouse in 2026, guaranteeing consistent work throughout the year. Expected Hours: 10-35 per week (dependent upon season and operational needs) Requirements: - Must have experience as a Dishwasher and operating commercial dishwashing machines - Must be capable of standing for long periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably - Must be able to speak and understand english fluently *All staff require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
