Role: Experience Guide
Location: Denver, CO
Dates/Times (schedule subject to slight change):
Start Date: October 2025 (approx) - TRAINING
End Date: January 2026 (approx)
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Part Time; 20-30 hours per week (Depending on the needs of the business)
Responsibilities:
• Welcome all guests throughout the experience areas, delivering guidance as needed through positive conversation
• Support the daily operations in guest engagement policies and work to deliver a continued hospitality mindset
• Assist guests in entry queuing based on timed ticket entry
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) stations for ticket sales at the door and scanning pre-sold tickets
• Assist with guest registration delivering their engagement device and guidance in operating it
• Engage with guests throughout their experience, supporting guidance in interaction areas and answering any questions
• Work with BOH (Back of House) teams to ensure and flag any technical issues in a seamless manor
• Monitor guest flow through the experience and share updates as needed to maintain guest flow
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and operations of the experience, reporting items as needed
Experience Open to Public: October 2025 - January 2026
Attire: t-shirts provided, blue or black jeans
