PCG is seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Skincare Selling Expert to represent a luxury skincare brand. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales through personalized skincare consultations, product education, and an elevated customer experience. Location 1: Huntington Beach, CA Location 2: La Habra, CA Additional locations to be added Jan. 2027 Start Date: November - TBD Duration of Assignment: Ongoing through the end of 2027 Schedule: One or two - 5 hour shift per week per location Job Duties Include: -Proactively engage customers and provide personalized skincare recommendations based on their needs. -Educate customers on skincare products, ingredients, benefits, and usage. -Recommend complementary products to create complete skincare routines. -Support product launches, promotions, sampling initiatives, and in-store events. -Maintain a polished, organized, and guest-ready product presentation. -Build positive working relationships with Ulta Beauty store teams. -Work independently to achieve assigned sales and engagement goals. -Complete required training and post-shift reporting. -Follow all applicable brand and store policies, procedures, and standards. Job Qualifications: -2+ years of experience in luxury beauty, skincare, specialty retail, brand representation, or a similar client-facing sales role preferred. -Strong skincare knowledge and ability to learn and communicate product benefits effectively. -Excellent customer engagement, communication, and presentation skills. -Esthetics, cosmetology, or related beauty credentials are a plus, but not required. -Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally between assigned locations as needed. -Ability to work primarily Thursday–Sunday, with occasional evenings, holidays, launches, or special events. -Ability to stand for the duration of shift and lift up to 25lbs.
