Pay: $30/hr + commissions Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is energetic, charismatic, and comfortable being the center of attention on camera. They naturally engage with audiences, can think quickly on their feet, and know how to keep conversations flowing while building excitement around products. They have a passion for fashion and luxury brands, with a curiosity to learn about designer handbags, watches, jewelry, and accessories. While they don't need to be a luxury expert from day one, they should be excited to develop product knowledge and confidently communicate key features and value to customers. The right person also understands TikTok culture and social commerce. They know how to capture attention, create engaging content, interact with viewers in real time, and turn engagement into sales. Strong organization skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential, as they'll be coordinating products, preparing for live shows, and collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
