Recognition Model & Talent is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager / PA & Runner to support a high-profile beauty and fashion activation in Miami. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage logistics leading up to and during the event. 📅 Commitment Start: Week of April 13, 2026 (flexible start date) End: Around May 8, 2026 (post-event wrap & returns) Important: Must be fully available May 1 & May 2 (MANDATORY) Flexible availability required throughout the 4-week period Not required daily, but must be available for deliveries, pickups, and coordination as needed Must be flexible with hours Location: Miami Beach - exact location TBD 💰 Rate & Payment $45/hour Paid weekly (every Friday) Mileage reimbursement provided 🚚 Responsibilities Inventory management and tracking Coordinating incoming shipments and deliveries Managing storage unit access and organization (TBD location) Assisting with hotel drop-offs and logistics Supporting load-in (May 1) and event day (May 2) as a PA/Runner Post-event returns and inventory wrap-up General on-site support as needed 🚗 Requirements Clean driving record (REQUIRED) Must be comfortable driving a U-Haul (for event deliveries) Access to an SUV or larger vehicle is a PLUS (not required) Ability to lift heavy items Comfortable using Google Docs for tracking and communication Must be able to pass a simple background check 👥 Additional Info A helper will be provided on select days as needed Client is securing a storage unit, which you will help manage This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently 📩 How to Apply Your resume A recent headshot Brief note confirming availability for May 1 & May 2 Subject - Miami Beach Fashion Activation
