NYC Field Activation Manager / Brand Ambassador Team Lead - Recover 180 Organic Sports Hydration Recover 180 is seeking an **NYC Market Activation Manager / Team Lead** to help build and lead our local Brand Ambassador team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in **field marketing, experiential marketing, or street team leadership** who wants to run activations, manage events, and help grow a national organic sports hydration brand in the NYC market. What You’ll Do: * Source and secure **fitness, sports, and lifestyle activations** throughout NYC and surrounding areas * Lead **on-site sampling activations and brand events** * Coordinate with event organizers, retail partners, and venues to ensure strong brand presence * Execute occasional **in-store demos and retail sampling** * Prepare activation kits, vehicles, and product for events * **Lead and manage a team of 10 BA's** * Maintain BA availability and coordinate staffing * Manage local storage unit inventory to ensure **product and assets stay organized and stocked** Activation Locations May Include: * Gyms and fitness studios * Running clubs and endurance events * College campuses * Retail demos and grocery sampling events * Street team activations * Festivals, sporting events, and lifestyle events across NYC Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as a **Field Marketing Team Lead, Activation Manager, or BA Manager** * Experience **managing Brand Ambassador teams or street teams** * Background in **field marketing** (in-store demos, street sampling, event activations) * Strong knowledge of **NYC's key neighborhoods, gyms, events, and cultural hubs** * Must live in the **NYC area** * Experience working in **CPG (consumer packaged goods)** preferred * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Strong communication and leadership skills * Ability to lift **40 lbs** Schedule Requirements: Weekend availability is required! *occasional weekday shifts. * ** 20 hours per week** * You will represent **Recover 180**, but employment will be through **Herd Pay (Trusted Herd’s platform)** * Reports to **Recover 180's National Field Marketing Manager** Required Skills in addition to a positive attitude: * Product Specialist * Brand Ambassador Management * Driver’s License/clean driving record * Event Set-Up & Breakdown / Activation Operations
