Recover 180 Organic Sports Hydration is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage the Seattle Market for this Part Time Field Marketing role. Role Duties: Sourcing fitness/sports Activations across Seattle, Leading Activations onsite, Working with event contacts to coordinate onsite presence, Performing occasional in Store Demos, Loading company vehicles to prepare for activations, Managing a team of 4-6 Brand Ambassadors, Helping Manage a BA Availability Tracker and staffing accordingly, Managing a storage unit, ensuring product stays stocked and provided assets are tracked. Applicants Must Have: Previous experience as a Team Lead, Experience managing Brand Ambassadors, Experience in Field Marketing (in store demos, street samplings, tent samplings), Knowledge in Seattle's layout and Must Win areas- trendy hubs in the more influential parts of the city, Must live in the Seattle area, Experience with working in CPG (consumer packaged goods), Must have a clean driving record and valid license, Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Excellent presentation skills, Must have connections to top performing BAs in Seattle area, Must be able to lift 40lbs, Weekend availability from April - end of October (subject to change with notice) Must bring fun energy!!!!! Other need to knows about the role: Part Time role, up to 20hrs / week, In this role you will represent Recover 180, but will be hired as an employee through Herd Pay (Trusted Herd's new platform), You will report into Recover 180's Regional Marketing Manager- West.
