The Gig:
Blue Plate is bringing New Orleans flavor to Houston with our po-boy pop-up series, and we need a Field Manager to run the show! You’ll be the face of the brand, making each pop-up shine: setting up, engaging with guests, and showcasing our mayo and encourage attendees to try the featured po-boys.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up a high-visibility branded space that drives engagement.
- Represent Blue Plate with energy and enthusiasm.
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and highlight our products.
- Collect simple content—quick photos or a short video of the activation and guest interactions.
- Track inventory, engagement, and overall performance.
- Keep everything on-brand and troubleshoot on the fly.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Love meeting people and bringing energy to every interaction.
- Have experience in event, field marketing, or brand ambassador roles.
- Can manage multiple locations and stay on schedule.
- Are a self-starter, flexible, and ready to handle pop-up flow.
- Have reliable transportation to get to multiple Houston locations with activation assets such as merch, inflatables and signage.

Additional Details:
- Each pop-up lasts 2–3 hours, with up to 1.5 hours for setup and breakdown.
- This is a part time 1099 role
