This position is for Experts Only on September 20th and 21st at Randall's Island. Venue: Randall's Island Shift ranges based on sub-position, verified once hired: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM (or cut) each day Pay Range: Part-time, Hourly Rate Ticketing & Entry Associate responsibilities include: - Keep work area clean and secure - Great guests with a friendly and inviting attitude - Understand and enforce admission policies - Communicate feedback regarding customer interactions and escalations - Supervise guests as they scan to enter the event - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Provide friendly, responsive and efficient customer service to patrons - Use of POS to sell tickets day of show - Other tasks as assigned Ticketing & Entry Associate Qualifications: - Must be 18+ years old - Ticketing / Box Office / Scan lane experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with computers and point of sale systems (as trained) - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in various weather conditions on-site - Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on-site working events - May work in drastic temperature climates on job sites - Experience with Wrstbnd ticketing platform is a plus - Experience with Tixr Platform and POS is a plus Additional information: - Breaks are unpaid - Meal provided for shifts longer than 6+ hours - W2 position
