This position is for Experts Only on September 20th and 21st at Randall's Island.
Venue: Randall's Island
Shift ranges based on sub-position, verified once hired: 12:00 PM - 10:45 PM (or cut) each day
Pay Range: Part-time, Hourly Rate
Fan Experience Associate responsibilities include:
- Assist with upset customers (unless matter must be escalated to manager)
- Working closely with manager of team to ensure all job duties are fulfilled correctly and efficiently throughout the duration of the event
- Understanding of the festival map and layout
- Assist guests with directions, lost and found, upgrades, and other tasks as assigned
- Assist with beginning of shift set up
- Upsell customers to higher ticket types using knowledge of each type available
- Assist with end of night breakdown as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to fans
- Set a positive example for the team, providing leadership and support when necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
Fan Experience Associate Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18+ years old
- Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or another industry role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and point of sale systems (as trained)
- Willingness to take direction and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and occasional holidays
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions onsite
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on site working events
- May work in drastic temperature climates on job sites
- Experience with Wrstbnd ticketing platform is a plus
- Experience with Tixr Platform and POS is a plus

- Breaks are unpaid
- Meal provided for shifts longer than 6+ hours
