We are hiring for a Ticketing Associate. This position is for Experts Only on September 19th and 20th at Randall's Island. Future events can be considered based off performance. Shift: Start and End time may vary based on sub role, roughly 12 pm - 9:30 pm or until cut Pay Range: Part Time, Hourly Rate (Negotiable, based on experience) | Hours range, event based Ticketing Associate Responsibilities Include: - Keep work area clean, organized, and secure - Monitor scan portals at the entry lanes - Great guests with a friendly and inviting attitude - Understand and enforce admission policies - Communicate feedback regarding customer interactions and escalations - Supervise guests as they scan to enter the event - Sell / Issue tickets to patrons - Provide friendly, responsive and efficient customer service to patrons - Use of POS to sell tickets and or upgrades day(s) of show - Other tasks as assigned Ticketing Associate Qualifications: - Must be 18+ years old - Ticketing / Box Office / Scan lane experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with computers and point of sale systems (as trained) - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time in various weather conditions onsite - Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when on site working events - May work in drastic temperature climates on job sites - Experience with Wrstbnd ticketing platform is a plus - Experience with Tixr Platform and POS is a plus
