We are accepting applications for Part Time Ticketing & Entry Associates. This position will only be for the Sammy Virji event dates July 31st + August 1st with possible opportunities to work future events based on performance. Ticketing & Entry Associate Responsibilities Include: -First point of contact with fans and guests attending EMW events -Processes will call and guestlist pickup transactions -Sells tickets via ticket POS system -Scans tickets for entry -Wristband Guests with proper crediential -Provides friendly customer service to fans and helps troubleshoot when needed -Assist with lost & found -Sell ticket upgrades -Other tasks as assigned Ticketing & Entry Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Have experience in customer service, box office, retail or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computers and ticketing software is preferred, we will provide training day of show if needed. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional holidays Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Minimum pay is $20/hr, Compensation is based on experience, paid via payroll. Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Under 21 are not eligible to work events where the age requirement is 21+. Event Details: Show: Sammy Virji North America Tour Date(s): July 31st + August 1st Location: Brooklyn Army Terminal - Pier 4, 58th St, Brooklyn, NY 11220, USA Staff Parking: Not Available Shift: Shift ranges based on sub-position, verified once hired: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (or cut) each day Pay Range: Part-time, $20 Base Hourly Rate Availability for both days preferred but not mandatory!
