Brand Ambassador / Product Demo Representative We are seeking outgoing, dependable, and sales-oriented Brand Ambassadors to support premium product sampling and live consumer engagement events inside high-traffic retail environments. This role is ideal for individuals who are personable, conversational, and confident interacting with a wide range of customers throughout the day. Successful candidates understand how to create positive customer experiences while helping drive product awareness and sales through genuine engagement. Responsibilities: • Conduct live product sampling and demonstrations • Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner • Educate consumers on product benefits and key selling points • Encourage trial, interaction, and purchase consideration • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting demo setup • Arrive on time and maintain professionalism throughout shifts • Accurately communicate brand messaging and promotional information Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers • Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience preferred • Reliable transportation and punctuality required • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts • Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments Shift Details: • 8 hour shifts • Flexible scheduling based on event needs • Weekend availability preferred Compensation: • NOW $25/HOUR (previously: $23/hour) We are looking for ambassadors who are warm, engaging, polished, and capable of creating authentic customer connections while representing premium brands professionally.
