Important Notice: This position is being recruited by a third-party staffing agency on behalf of our client. During the initial 10-week trial period, you will be employed directly by our staffing agency while working at the client’s location. At the end of the trial period, the client will evaluate performance and may choose to extend a direct hire opportunity. If hired directly by the client at that time, you would then become eligible for the client’s company benefits. Our team works closely with the client to coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing support throughout the assignment. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, sharp, and creative individuals who are comfortable engaging with customers, building relationships with store decision-makers, and driving sales within their assigned territory. In this role, you will ensure products are available to consumers by fulfilling merchandising needs at retail locations and serving as an ambassador for world-famous brands. Responsibilities include building displays, resetting shelves with proper product rotation, tracking inventory levels, and supporting retail partners to maximize sales opportunities. Pay: $21.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement Job Type: Temporary (10-Week Trial) with Potential Full-Time Opportunity Key Responsibilities Travel to multiple retail locations within a 25–30 mile radius Provide in-store merchandising support for major retail partners Build product displays and end caps to support promotional activity Reset shelves and rotate product to maintain organization and freshness Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to maximize sales Partner with store management to improve product placement and visibility Represent assigned brands with professionalism and enthusiasm Required Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations daily Valid auto insurance Completing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review Availability Monday–Friday with start times between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekends or holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and moving merchandise Behavioral Traits (How You Work) Ownership & Accountability – Takes responsibility for results, follows through on commitments, and understands how individual work impacts the broader business and client relationships. Operational Skills (How You Execute Work) Organization & Prioritization – Manages multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Attention to Detail – Ensures merchandising standards are executed correctly and information is recorded accurately. Data & Reporting Awareness – Comfortable reviewing basic reports, trackers, and operational data to support merchandising activities. Problem Solving – Uses sound judgment to resolve field issues while balancing urgency and quality.
