Are you confident, outgoing, and energized by engaging with customers and driving sales? Pit Boss Grills is bringing high-impact roadshows to Costco, and we’re looking for sales-driven brand ambassadors who love grilling, great food, and fast-paced retail environments. This is an active selling role not a stand-around position. You’ll engage Costco members, demonstrate Pit Boss products, spark interest in outdoor cooking, and confidently drive sales and conversions throughout the day. What You’ll Do • Proactively engage Costco members and generate interest in Pit Boss grills • Demonstrate products and highlight key features including pellet grilling, smoking, versatility, and ease of use • Educate customers on grilling techniques, flavor profiles, and cooking capabilities • Drive conversions and meet sales expectations • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth/display • Work as part of a rotating team to keep energy and engagement high throughout the day Pay $20/hr base pay for all hours worked, with opportunities to earn more based on performance and shift commitment. Schedule • 10-day Costco roadshows • Shifts are split between two reps per day • Three reps rotate throughout the show to maintain strong coverage and energy Who You Are • Sales-oriented and comfortable initiating conversations • Confident closing sales and handling objections • Passionate about grilling, food, or outdoor cooking (a big plus) • Energetic, engaging, and comfortable with live demos • Reliable, professional, and team-driven **We will also be looking for a couple of representatives that are working the roadshow to help out with the set-up and break-down shifts, which will require lifting, crouching, and assembling the display grill.
