The Win Summer with Sam’s Club program is a 12-week, nationwide celebration of food, family, and community in honor of America’s 250th anniversary. This large-scale summer tour transforms parking lots at 38 Sam’s Club locations into vibrant, backyard-style cookouts featuring barbecue tastings, games, live entertainment, and interactive brand experiences. **Position Overview** We are seeking energetic, reliable Brand Ambassadors (BAs) to support on-site activations and help bring this immersive summer experience to life. As a BA, you’ll engage with guests, maintain activation areas, and ensure a smooth, fun, and welcoming environment for all attendees. Key Responsibilities * Assist with event setup and breakdown (including lifting and moving equipment) * Maintain cleanliness and organization of activation areas * Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner * Support overall event flow and guest experience **Heinz Grilling Area** * Support the Summertime Swing photo opportunity (main focus) * Encourage guest participation and assist with photo moments * Note: Tour managers will handle grilling operations **Celsius x Outshine Backyard Games** * Oversee and maintain game stations (cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4) * Reset games and ensure area stays organized and inviting * Encourage guest participation and friendly competition **Pure Life DJ Booth** * Assist with initial setup of the DJ booth area * No active support required during live event hours **Customization Station** * Assist guests in creating custom aprons * Operate heat press equipment safely and efficiently * Ensure smooth flow of participants through the station **Requirements** * Ability to help lift items **up to 110 lbs** with the team (required for event setup equipment such as trussing) * Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions * Strong communication and customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented * Previous event or promotional experience is a plus How to Apply: If you’re interested, apply today and a recruiter will reach out with next steps.
