Brand Ambassador – World Cup Outdoor Fan Activation Pay: $22/hour Position Overview Join a high-energy World Cup Outdoor Fan Activation and help bring the excitement of global soccer to communities throughout the Seattle area. This interactive event series will feature games, challenges, photo opportunities, and family-friendly engagement zones at multiple retail locations. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable Brand Ambassadors who enjoy working with the public and creating memorable experiences for fans of all ages. Multiple shifts are available throughout the event window. Brand Ambassadors who commit to multiple event dates may be eligible for an elevated pay rate. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and breakdown Assemble pop-up tents, signage, and activation elements Move, position, and secure event materials, including weighted tent plates Engage with guests, families, and soccer fans in a friendly and professional manner Support interactive games, activities, and fan engagement zones Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment Work closely with event management and fellow team members throughout each shift Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors for the duration of the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the event Previous experience with event setup, team lifting, or outdoor activations is a plus Preferred Qualifications Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable interacting with large groups of guests Previous experience in events, festivals, experiential marketing, promotions, or brand activations preferred Available to support multiple event dates during the program Elevated rate opportunities available for Brand Ambassadors who commit to multiple event dates If you thrive in fast-paced event environments and enjoy engaging with fans and families, we’d love to hear from you.
