Help bring an exciting, interactive back-to-school experience to life for families at Sam's Club! This high-energy event transforms the store into a fun destination where kids and parents can explore back-to-school essentials through hands-on activities, product sampling, and personalized keepsakes. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors who enjoy engaging with the public and creating memorable experiences. Position Responsibilities Team members will be assigned to a variety of event roles, including: Assisting with interactive customization stations, including t-shirt presses, backpack personalization, lunchboxes, hats, and other school accessories. Welcoming and engaging guests while providing excellent customer service. Distributing product samples and sharing information about featured products. Assisting at the food truck by either: Preparing and serving food (ServSafe/Food Handlers certification required) Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and assisting with guest orders. ALL TEAM MEMBERS will be expected to support with event setup before guests arrive and breakdown after the event concludes. Working collaboratively with the event team to ensure a smooth, successful experience. Guests will enjoy samples of popular back-to-school favorites, including: Hot Pockets Olly Kids Zbar Mott's Applesauce Kraft Mac & Cheese Pure Life Water Requirements: Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with families and children. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift. Must be dependable and available for the entire shift, including setup and breakdown. At least three team members must be capable of safely lifting 75–100 lbs. Heavy custom display lockers will need to be assembled and moved during setup and teardown. ServSafe Certification is required for one food service position. Experience with POS systems is a plus for the cashier role but not required.
