We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent our spirits brands through in-store demos and tastings at Ralphs locations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand — engaging shoppers, educating customers about our products, and driving sales through positive and memorable interactions. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-store product demos and tastings at assigned Ralphs locations * Create a welcoming and engaging experience for shoppers * Educate customers on product features, flavor profiles, and promotions * Encourage product sales through confident and professional interaction * Arrive on time, fully prepared, and in dress code * Set up and break down demo stations according to store guidelines * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demo area * Track sales and complete post-event recap/reporting when required * Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, customer feedback, and event updates Qualifications: * Outgoing personality with strong communication skills * Sales or promotional experience preferred * Comfortable approaching and engaging with shoppers * Reliable transportation required * Must be dependable, punctual, and professional * Must be 21+ to conduct alcohol tastings * RBS Certified
