NOTE: Pay is not hourly. There was no option for something else. "Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per Verified Completed Recap." We are looking for a sharp, independent Staffing Partner to manage the remote lifecycle of tasting assignments across the US. This is an ideal project for a freelancer who enjoys high-volume coordination and knows the Brand Ambassador (BA) world inside and out. As an Independent Contractor, you will manage your own schedule and tools to ensure each assignment is executed successfully from start to finish. The Deliverables (What you get paid for): Securing Talent: Identifying and vetting reliable BAs for national assignments. Operational Support: Acting as the remote "go-to" contact for BAs during their tastings to help with store entry or quick questions. Audit & Verification: Reviewing post-event photos and data. Your fee is earned once a verified, accurate recap is submitted. Reliability Management: Ensuring every assignment is covered (having a "backup" plan for no-shows is highly encouraged!). Compensation Structure: Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per Verified Completed Recap. Performance-Based: Payouts are issued upon our verification of the submitted event data. Status: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role; you are responsible for your own business tools and taxes. Qualities that would be helpful in this role: Having an existing network or "rolodex" of Brand Ambassadors in various states is a huge advantage. Experience with field marketing or remote staffing makes this project much easier to manage. Comfort with high-volume communication (text/email) during peak event hours. Access to your own laptop and reliable internet to manage reporting.
