We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to recruit, staff, and manage our upcoming dry tasting events at Costco locations across the Arizona region (Phoenix Metro, Tucson, and Prescott). Your primary responsibility will be sourcing reliable Brand Ambassadors, getting them scheduled for these shifts, and ensuring execution. We need a strong manager to oversee simultaneous events and ensure our local BAs are set up for success. There are massive opportunities to expand your role and manage additional states pending good performance on this initial wave! Role & Responsibilities: Recruiting & Staffing: Source, hire, and schedule dependable Brand Ambassadors to cover all required shifts across Arizona. Reliability Management: Ensure every assignment is fully staffed and executed. You must manage call-outs and have a solid "backup" plan for no-shows or emergencies. Audit & Verification: Reviewing post-event photos and data from your BAs. Your fee is earned once a verified, accurate recap is submitted to us. Compensation Structure: Rate: $15.00 per Verified Completed Recap. (This means you are paid for every successful event your recruited staff completes!) Performance-Based: Payouts are issued upon our verification of the submitted event data. Status: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role; you are responsible for your own business tools and taxes. Qualities that would be helpful in this role: Having an existing network or "rolodex" of Brand Ambassadors in Arizona (and various other states) is a huge advantage. Experience with field marketing, remote staffing, and recruiting makes this project much easier to manage. Comfort with high-volume communication (text/email) during peak event hours (events run primarily Thursday through Sunday, 12-3 PM and 4-7 PM).
