Brand Ambassador – College Football Events (Fall 2025) Shine Society | $30–$32/hour | Weekend Opportunities About the Role: Shine Society is hiring Brand Ambassadors to support college football activations for a major Kansas City brand this fall! If you’re outgoing, reliable, and love high-energy environments, this is the perfect opportunity to represent a fun, well-known brand while earning great weekend pay. Event Location: • University of Missouri (Mizzou) - Columbia, MO Event Dates: • Saturday, October 11 - 7:30 AM-12:00 PM • Saturday, November 8 - Shift Time TBD • Friday, November 15 - Shift Time TBD Shift Details: Shifts are typically 4–6 hours leading up to kickoff. Exact shift times are released approximately one week prior to each game. Compensation: • Brand Ambassador: $30/hour • Lead Brand Ambassador: $32/hour $50 travel stipend for BAs traveling over 1 hour to Columbia Responsibilities: • Assist with event setup and teardown (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs) • Facilitate prize giveaways (e.g., spin-the-wheel games) • Create a fun, engaging, and upbeat environment for fans • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and reliability Requirements: • 21 years or older (required due to brand guidelines) • Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Reliable transportation to and from the event site About Shine Society: Shine Society is a Kansas City-based experiential staffing agency that brings the "wow factor" to every event.
