About Us: We are an innovative photo entertainment company offering a variety of creative and interactive photography experiences for events. We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Photo Entertainment Manager/Market development to lead our team and ensure seamless event execution. Job Description: As the Photo Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management and client relations. You will manage day-to-day operations, handle event logistics, and ensure that our team delivers exceptional experiences for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for creating memorable moments. Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Respond to new and existing client inquiries via phone and email Take and confirm new reservations for upcoming events Answer incoming phone calls and provide information to potential clients Event Staffing: Hire, train, and schedule staff for upcoming events Ensure all staff are fully prepared and trained on event processes and procedures Coordination with Designer: Work closely with our in-house designer to coordinate design orders for events Day of Event Coordination: Contact venues to confirm logistics and details ahead of events Coordinate with clients and venues to confirm times and special requirements Gear Management: Oversee the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of all event equipment Ensure gear is in excellent condition and ready for each event Ordering Supplies: Manage inventory and order supplies such as media, books, tape, and other event materials Event Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for staff during events to ensure everything runs smoothly Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team Previous experience in event coordination or entertainment management preferred Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of photo equipment (training will be provided) Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by event schedules Benefits: Base + Commission (High Potential) Opportunities for professional growth within the company Fun and creative work environment We look forward to hearing from you and potentially welcoming you to our team!
