Event: Davidson Conference Brands: CIAO, S. Pellegrino, and Aqua Panna Event Time: 1:30 - 3:30 PM Arrival Time: 11 AM Strike: 3:30 PM Expected Attendance: 250 Outfit: Kahki's or dark jeans. White button down. Black, white, or beige closed toed shoes. Apron will be provided for you. Pay: $30/hr JOB: You will be setting up the booth for the show. Please keep the barrel coolers stocked with ice and product. You'll be handing out cans and bottles of product to the guests. The primary brand to focus is CIAO. Interact with guests and gather feedback of the product and encourage to try other products. FOLLOW UP: After the event, you will need to provide a run-down of the event. This NEEDS to include the following items: Pictures of the setup Pictures of the guests enjoying the event Number of people at the event Number of samples handed out Demographics of people (i.e. 80% Male, 20% Female, 50% ages 55+, 20% ages 21-30, 20% ages 31-55, 10% ages 80+) COMMENTS - any and all are accepted and appreciated.
