Seeking a team of experienced and professional Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming direct client-facing event. Event Manager Responsibilities: -Transport event assets to and from the venue (must have a reliable personal vehicle) -Manage and oversee a team of 4 Brand Ambassadors during the shift -Replenish inventory and maintain organization throughout the event -Ensure all staff are engaged, professional, and fulfilling responsibilities onsite -Work alongside the Brand Ambassadors distributing swag to consumers -Capture multiple event photos during the shift for reporting purposes Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: -Distribute small swag-filled cartons throughout the conference -Maintain a polished, professional, and approachable appearance -Interact positively with attendees in a direct client-facing environment -Arrive on time and remain proactive throughout the event Additional Notes: -Parking is not provided or reimbursed -Professionalism and reliability are essential for all roles
