This is an opportunity to sample one of the top luxury brands in the world. Hennessy is the world's largest producer of cognac, a French brandy from Cognac, France, founded in 1765 by Richard Hennessy. Known for its luxury appeal, it's one of the "big four" cognac houses. The brand amabasadors will be motivating purchases of limited edition release bottles of Hennessy VSOP & XO and to pour samples to BCL customers on the other core line products – VS and VSOP (but also encourage sales of the limited edition bottles wherever possible). We’ll arrange a 30-minute virtual training with our National Brand Ambassador to cover brand background and key selling points for the three whiskies. We are looking for brand ambassadors who have previous BCL experience, especially with luxury brands. The starting times are at either 1pm or 2pm. The tastings will be four hours long and we will pay for set up and tear down time. The BA's will need to pick up product and merchandising kits from our office (7432 Fraser Park Dr, Burnaby) before their shifts, and return any remaining items afterward (Mon–Fri, 9–5). You will be paid for travel time.
